The Neocloud Stack,Built On Your Floor.

CoreWeave, Nebius, Lambda and Crusoe rent GPU capacity by the hour. We design and build the same infrastructure — Blackwell and Vera Rubin racks, liquid cooling, 800G fabrics, power — as an asset you own.

One System, Power In To Heat Out

How We Deliver

Seven Layers. One Accountable Team.

Scroll: the hall lights up layer by layer, from the power feeding the rack to the people running it.

01Power
  1. 01
    Power

Utility interconnect, MV switchgear, N+1 to 2N UPS, 800 VDC-ready busway — sized to the rack, not the brochure.

  2. 02
    Cooling

Direct-to-chip cold plates, row CDUs, rear-door HX and warm-water W32/W45 loops that free-cool most of the Texas year.

  3. 03
    Fabric

    Quantum-X800 InfiniBand or Spectrum-X 800G Ethernet, rail-optimised, 1.6T-ready optics certified at install.

  4. 04
    Compute

GB300 NVL72, HGX B300 and Vera Rubin-ready racks; AMD MI355X where ROCm fits the workload.

  5. 05
    Storage

VAST, WEKA or DDN parallel filesystems with GPUDirect, sized to checkpoint cadence so GPUs never wait.

  6. 06
    Software

Kubernetes or Slurm, NVIDIA Mission Control, observability to breaker level — handed over, documented, trained.

  7. 07
    Operations

L1–L5 commissioning, 24/7 NOC if you want it, security assessed and certified. One accountable owner, end to end.

Export-Control And KYC Discipline

Every GPU order passes end-use and end-user screening before capacity is committed. We keep the paper trail your counsel will ask for.

Residency Fixed In The Design

Your data lives in your building or your cage, on hardware only you use. Sovereignty at the rack level, written into the design basis.

One Accountable Owner

A named program lead and escalation path from discovery through handover — and into operations if you keep us on.

Questions Buyers Ask First

What does AI Datacenter actually do?

We design, build and hand over liquid-cooled GPU infrastructure that you own — power, cooling, fabric, compute, storage and software, from a single 200 kW row to a multi-megawatt AI factory — then operate it under a managed NOC if you want us to.

Do you sell GPU capacity by the hour?

No. Neoclouds rent. We build the same NVL72-class racks, cooling and fabrics as a capitalised asset on your floor with no hourly meter. Our build-vs-rent advisory will tell you plainly when renting is the better call.

How small a deployment will you take on?

A single liquid-cooled row — roughly 200 kW and 1 to 8 racks. That is below most providers' floor and is our core work. Our largest designs run to SuperPOD scale at 10 MW and above.

Can you build inside a colocation cage?

Yes. Most medium deployments land in a colo cage. We handle the landlord engineering review, slab and power confirmation, and the liquid-loop interface with the facility plant.

How fast can a cluster be live?

Modular builds have delivered first tokens 13 weeks from a powered shell. A row retrofit into an existing hall typically runs 8–10 weeks from assessment to live. Allocation and utility timelines are the usual critical path, and we manage both.

How do you price a build?

Against your inventory and site, never from a rate card. Discovery produces a sized design basis and a budgetary estimate in the first two weeks; engineering produces the firm bill of materials. Send us the workload, the site and the timeline and we will come back with a plan.

Do we have to use your managed operations afterwards?

No. Handover includes stamped drawings, as-builts, runbooks and operator training. Managed NOC is a separate, optional engagement.

Which vendors do you work with?

We are vendor-neutral across 70-plus partners — NVIDIA, AMD, Supermicro, Dell, Vertiv, CoolIT, Arista, VAST and more — and procure at partner pricing with allocation visibility. One bill of materials, one purchase order.

Ready To Scope Your Build?

Tell us the workload, the site and the timeline. A senior engineer comes back with a sized design basis and a plan — not a sales deck.
