How We Work
Design-Stage Control Mapping
SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA and NIST 800-53 physical and environmental controls are mapped into the design basis, so the evidence exists in the drawings and commissioning records rather than being reconstructed later.
Supply-Chain Custody
Every GPU, switch and CDU is procured through authorised distribution with serial-level tracking from distributor to rack. Export-control and end-user screening is completed before capacity is committed.
Physical Security By Default
Manned posts, biometric access, mantraps and per-cage CCTV are standard in our reference designs; air-gapped halls add isolated pathways and controlled media handling.
Commissioning Evidence
L1–L5 commissioning produces signed test records, thermal maps and integrated-systems results. As-builts, BOM with serials and runbooks are delivered at handover.
Operational Accountability
A named program lead through delivery and a named NOC owner in operations. Escalation paths and SLA reporting are defined in the contract, not discovered in an incident.
Insurance And Agreements
General and professional liability cover appropriate to critical-facility work; mutual NDA and master services agreement available on request before any site information is exchanged.
